Review business requirements, create technical requirements, and develop/implement technical Microsoft SharePoint solutions for all user departments and agencies.
Answer questions related to SharePoint solutions and address non-standard issues from customers.
Maintain SharePoint sites and ensure all upgrades are incorporated accordingly.
Employ industry-standard processes to test and implement secure, defect-free, high quality software applications that meet system load, system performance, and system reliability requirements.
Function as a technical resource for staff and super-users for SharePoint. Monitor SharePoint and ensure SharePoint is fully optimized.
Serve as a liaison to communicate with management, project leaders, and business analysts relating to the area of assignment.
