10+ years of experience in QA automation testing, with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience with TestComplete by SmartBear.
Strong knowledge of programming/scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, VBScript, or similar).
Experience with automating tests for web and desktop applications using TestComplete.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in building and maintaining automation frameworks.
Experience in working with version control systems like Git.
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.).
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with other test automation tools such as Katalon, Selenium, Appium, or JUnit.
Experience in performance testing and tools like LoadComplete or JMeter.
Knowledge of SQL and experience testing data-intensive applications.
Hands-on experience with API testing using tools like ReadyAPI or Postman.
ISTQB certification or similar QA certifications.
