- Document business processes, goals, challenges and tool know-how
- Analyze business requirements related to CRM
- Solution design and capture details for business needs along with functional specs, process flows, data models
- Collaborate with interface teams for defining the Integration needs and mappings
- Develop test plans to meet the defined business needs and collaborate with end users for acceptance
- Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, processes, maintenance etc
- Collaborate with Project Managers/stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of and escalate issues as needed
Desired Skills
- Knowledge of CRM tools
- Knowledge of Telco and implementation/usage of CRM in a telecom service provider
- Familiarity with telecom pricing models, bundles, and promotional structures.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Revenue Assurance
