You'll have a bachelor's degree OR equivalent. Masters preferred.

10+ years of experience as a Database Developer/DBA in a fast-paced agile environment preferably in a product development environment. Minimum of 7+ years as Oracle Developer/DBA with

Deep expertise on database internals, expert level PL/SQL development skills, expert level SQL development skills and Python/Shell programming experience

Expert level experience with all aspects of Oracle databases and features. Deep knowledge and working experience in Oracle Virtual Private Database (VPD) and expert level Oracle Partitioning experience is desired. Experience in RDS Oracle and RDS PostgreSQL is a plus but not mandatory.

Expert level database performance tuning skills

Experience working with Linux operating systems such as RedHat. Experience with Ubuntu is a plus.

Experience in application deployment, automation and DevOps tools such as Artifactory, GIT, Bitbucket, Jenkins and Ansible

Knowledge of public clouds such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform

Exceptional interpersonal skills that include the ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally with technical and non-technical personnel at all levels.

Java and Hibernate development experience is preferred.

Experience working in an Agile Environment with great collaboration skills.

Oracle Certification is a huge plus.

Experience working with Oracle Cloud Control, Golden Gate and Golden Gate BDA is also a plus.
