Identify key imperatives for data strategy and apply those in content strategy.
Work with AI strategy team to analyze and define content needs for the LLM roadmap
Identify and categorize various sources of information based on various user personas (e.g Employee Information, Job Information etc.)
Define types of documents and their categories.
Provide recommendations on how we should structure those documents to optimize the following: Employee experience, efficiency and cost (Storage, access, experience), and AI s ability to digest and represent the information
Recommend governance for the types of content and provide a cost value analysis for that governance
Collaborate with UX/UI designers and communications specialists to ensure users can share and find information expeditiously
Map the information (and sources) to various experiences.
Recommend access method/layer/approach for multiple tools to access the information
Ensure the security of user data and compliance with industry standards.
Recommend industry best practices or framework for content architecture.
