JOB DETAIL

  • On-site and remote technical support for desktop systems, laptops, peripherals, and related software.
  • Good experience in desktop support, IT support, or a related technical role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as major software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook).
  • Experience with remote desktop tools (e.g., TeamViewer, Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP), VPN solutions).
  • Experience with Active Directory user management and basic network troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi configurations.
  • Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or similar) for tracking support requests.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues in simple terms.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
