Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using TestComplete by SmartBear for web, desktop, and mobile applications.
Develop test automation frameworks and maintain the test environments.
Ensure comprehensive test coverage by writing automated tests for new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
Perform code reviews and mentor junior QA automation engineers on best practices in automation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, DevOps, and product management) to identify test scenarios and build effective automation strategies.
Continuously improve the automation framework, tools, and processes to optimize testing efficiency.
Analyze test results, debug failures, and recommend solutions to improve quality.
Participate in agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Contribute to the integration of automated tests in CI/CD pipelines.
Stay updated with the latest trends in test automation and implement new techniques and tools as needed.
