12+ years of experience in technical project delivery, with a focus on Microsoft 365 rollouts, security, and compliance-driven initiatives (DFARS, ITAR).
Extensive experience in managing MVP deployments, security phases, and iterative rollouts for large-scale Microsoft 365 solutions.
Strong understanding of compliance frameworks such as DFARS, ITAR, NIST, and CMMC, and their application in M365 environments.
Proven ability to identify and address gaps in project management processes to improve overall project efficiency and success.
Expertise in managing the deployment of security and compliance controls within Microsoft 365, including data protection, access management, and retention policies.
Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, compliance, and business units, to align project goals with organizational priorities.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts and project updates to senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
