 Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role having experience focused on automation projects (RPA, GenAI, or workflow automation).o Strong experience in process mapping, business requirements gathering, and functional specification creation.o Familiarity with AI-driven automation solutions, machine learning, and other advanced automation technologies is a plus.o Excellent understanding of business processes, workflow management, and the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement through automation.o Ability to document and communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.o Experience with Agile methodologies or Scrum is preferred.o Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and management.o Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders.
