JOB DETAIL

  • Perform a full range of application management and support activities independently or as a member of a team. Answer questions related to applications and systems and address non-standard issues. 
  • Provide daily hands-on technical support of packaged software systems and custom developed applications. 
  • Test and implement software application fixes, upgrades, and patches in the proper technology environments. 
  • Review business requirements, create technical requirements, and configure applications for end users. 
  • Employ industry-standard processes to configure, test, and implement software applications to meet business requirements. Document, plan, and implement system or client setup changes using enterprise management systems and adhering to Bureau/Department policies. 
  • Communicate with management, technical leads, end users, business analysts, and project managers as it relates to area of assignment. 
  • Provide guidance for others in application support and delegate work, as needed.
