•    Minimum of 4 to 7 years’ experience with responsibilities in the analysis, design, programming and implementation of information systems including vendor product in a corporate environment. 
•    The candidate must be well versed in Linux environment and scripting, developing and maintaining 3rd party and in-house applications and experience with relational databases such as Oracle database and database tools. 
•    Must be able to debug and trace log files, Kornshell scripts and PL/SQL. 
•    Previous work experience in the utility industry and a general knowledge of Outage applications (or similar application) and Electric Distribution System is a plus.    
•    Candidates must be able to learn quickly, assimilate new concepts, and think analytically. 
•    Excellent communication skills are required, as the candidate will routinely interact with various business groups both within and outside of IT. 
•    Driver's license required.
