ITAM Technical Role
•    Develop and maintain an IT asset management process that covers all hardware, and cloud resources within GCP and Azure/ AWS, and on-prem cloud environments.
•    Provide training and support to IT and business stakeholders on the ITAM process and technology.
•    Familiar with ServiceNow Configuration Item and Asset relationships and dependencies
•    Familiar with ServiceNow Model Management strategies
•    Experience leveraging HAM Pro functionalities in an enterprise environment across business units / segments / markets
•    Understanding of the end-to-end asset lifecycle, the inter-dependencies between lifecycles and best practices for each lifecycle state.
•    Knowledgeable of Common Services Data Model (CSDM)
•    Act as ITAM subject matter expert for organization. Identify and consult SMEs/advisors within the organization to mitigate compliance risk.
•    Demonstrate experience in eliciting customer requirements
•    Demonstrate experience in task decomposition.
•    Ability to manage multiple competing stakeholders to gain alignment.
•    Strong communication skills vertically and horizontally
•    Comfortable in working in a strong-matrix environment.
•    Demonstrated ability to interact and manage 3rd party vendors
•    Understanding of standard asset discovery tools capabilities
•    Experience in working with internal / external auditors to resolve findings around Asset Management
•    Foundational PM Skills in a technology environment
