SCCM administrator responsible for all aspects of System Center Configuration Manager Current Branch supporting around 6,500 devices.

MDT Integration, Task sequence creation and maintenance, gold image creation with Windows 10 for physical and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI).

Create policies/procedures to define the software intake and packaging process.

Develop an application to create SCCM applications / collections / deployments / content directories with PSADT integration to further ensure compliance with packaging policies/procedure.

Create and test standard installation procedures and packages to automate delivery of software.

Software update patch management for all workstations physical and virtual including defining processes and documentation.

System Center Endpoint Protection (SCEP) management then replacement of SCEP with Carbon Black Defense, and Windows Firewall management and operating system hardening in conjunction with IT Security team.

Desired state configuration with compliance settings.

Scripting with PowerShell, VBScript/VBA, JavaScript, HTA, SQL as needed for application deployments, OSD, and to fill gaps in processes and procedures.

Develop and maintain documentation and architecture diagrams for all responsibilities.

3rd tier support for all aspects of SCCM.

Custom reporting for SCCM and training fellow engineers on SQL/SSRS and Report Builder.

Ivanti UWM User Workspace Manager and Ivanti Xtraction administrator to manage user experience.

Migration of SCCM Compliance Settings, packages / applications containing file copies/registry settings, GPO, etc to Ivanti UWM User Workspace Manager formerly AppSense Environment Manager.

Manage Avecto Defendpoint Client and policy to manage elevated access on workstations.

Outstanding verbal & written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across all levels within the organization.

Group Policy management.
