7 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst with 3 years working on requirement development and management.
5 years of experience in MMIS or domain knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid or with a major health care payer
2 years of experience with contract monitoring or Request for Proposal (RFP) development
3+ years of experience as a technical writer
Ability to work independently with minimal direction from State or other team members.
Experience working with virtual and in house team member
Expert/Advance experience in using SharePoint, Office 365, Video conferencing software such as Webex/Teams
Experience in federal or state agency
Expert/Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office products including SharePoint.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, information systems or another related field. Equivalent work experience may be substituted for a degree.
