Sprint Planning and Management: Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to ensure clarity and productivity among the team.
Backlog Management: Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, focusing on critical cybersecurity enhancements and ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between cybersecurity teams and other stakeholders, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and met.
Risk Management: Proactively identify and address cybersecurity risks associated with product development.
Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the scrum process and product impact on cybersecurity posture.
