A Certified Scrum Master (CSM) leads a team through projects using Agile project management techniques. The key responsibilities include:

1. Facilitating Scrum Processes

   • Ensures adherence to the Scrum framework, including roles, rituals, and principles.

2. Guiding the Team

   • Coaches team members on Scrum principles and best practices.
   • Helps the team become self-reliant through techniques like self-organization and conflict resolution.

3. Removing Impediments

   • Identifies and removes obstacles to enable the team to focus on delivering value.

4. Communicating and Collaborating

   • Facilitates communication and collaboration between leadership and team members.

5. Assisting the Product Owner

   • Supports the product owner in refining and maintaining the product backlog.

6. Facilitating Scrum Events

   • Organizes and facilitates key Scrum events, such as:
     • Sprint Planning
     • Daily Scrums (Stand-ups)
     • Sprint Reviews
     • Retrospectives
