Looking for people with Good communication Skills as they need to talk to Business SMEs for Data Questions and present the Analysis 
•    Communicate the responses back to the Migration team with details
•    Prior Data migration or Re-platforming experience is a plus
•    Should have Data Modeling and Migration experience
•    Candidate should be able to quickly understand Data models and be able to design Data Models 
•    Should also have good experience on Oracle
•    Should have an ETL experience
•    Not looking for SQL experience.
