 Key Responsibilities:• Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications using Java springboot and PostgreSQL on AWS.• Lead architecture discussions and drive best practices for cloud-based solutions.• Implement and manage Kubernetes (K8) for container orchestration and deployment.• Utilize analytics tools like Snowflake to drive data-driven decision-making.• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines.• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.• Troubleshoot and optimize application performance and reliability.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.• 8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on leading teams.• 2+ years of experience in Payment domain• Strong proficiency in AWS services and cloud architecture.• Extensive experience with Java and PostgreSQL. • Familiarity with Kubernetes for managing containerized applications.• Experience with analytics platforms such as Snowflake.• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
