•    7+yrs of experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and Project Management.
•    Should have solid background in Banking domain.
•    Should have hands-on experience in executing scrum ceremonies using Jira, Confluence and other tools
•    Should be able to work with PO and Team to create backlog and estimations
•    Conduct, Document and Monitor action items as part of Retrospective
•    Mentor and Coach team members on the Agile process
•    Should be providing the key project metrics to Client Management
•    Define Governance plan and track deliverables
