HRIS Administration and Data Management
- Configure, maintain, and optimize HRIS functionalities, including employee records, time tracking, payroll, and benefits management.
- Manage and track employee status changes (e.g., onboarding, transfers, terminations, leaves of absence).
- Ensure seamless data integration across platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Kronos, Applicant Pro).
- Monitor and maintain compliance with statutory regulations, including OFCCP reporting and payroll tax updates.
- Track and manage contractor details, including agreements, work authorizations, and spend by project.
Workflow and Process Automation
- Develop and implement automated workflows for HR processes, including hiring, onboarding, separation, and benefit enrollments.
- Create system-based grievance, disciplinary, and appraisal workflows with proper record-keeping.
- Configure job requisition and approval workflows tied to SuccessFactors and Applicant Pro.
Reporting and Analytics
- Generate reports and dashboards for employee headcount, compliance training, certifications, emergency contacts, and compensation.
- Provide managers with access to self-service analytics, including team calendars, time and attendance, and performance metrics.
- Develop Total Rewards statements and forecast organizational compensation plans.
Payroll and Benefits Integration
- Configure payroll systems to handle diverse pay types, deductions, and benefits calculations.
- Ensure seamless payroll posting from SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll to SAP S/4HANA.
- Integrate data with benefits providers and maintain a single view of benefits for employees.
System Enhancements and Training
- Standardize job titles and roles across the organization and align them with SAP structures.
- Convert HR paper documents to electronic formats and attach them to employee records.
- Train employees and managers on corporate policies and the use of self-service HRIS functionalities.
