Project management: Leading SAP implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget . Liaison with Business users , IT support team at offshore and ensure developments and changes are not impacting existing functionalities.

Techno functional : Should have ABAP technical skills and good cross functional experience in SAPFICO, SAP Plant maintenance(EAM), P2P and OTC areas

Client relations: Building strong relationships with clients, acting as an advisor, and communicating complex concepts

Solution development: Providing strategic guidance and tailored SAP solutions based on their knowledge of the industry

Business process improvement: Identifying optimization opportunities and enhancing business processes

Risk management: Identifying and mitigating risks associated with SAP projects

Team leadership: Leading and mentoring SAP professionals, fostering collaboration, and driving high performance

Technical and functional teams: Managing SAP technical and functional teams
