•10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management with hands-on on different IAM tools involving SailPoint IdentityNow & SailPoint IIQ, Saviynt, OKTA, Azure,

• BE/BTech/BCA/MCA qualification

• Deep understanding of Identity and Access Management principles

• Demonstrated experience in designing, deploying, and managing complex IAM projects

• Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve Saviynt related issues

• Experience working with multiple IAM-related technologies, such as Active Directory, LDAP, HRMS, DBMS, and SaaS applications.

• Experience in Password Management or support role

• Experience with scripting to build automation assets using Saviynt technologies

• Deep understanding of multi factor Authentication and troubleshooting of MFA solution to enhance security

• Experience with implementing SSO, enabling seamless access to various application

• Deep knowledge of SSO and Federation

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Should possess excellent oral, written, problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams, driving project, conflict management and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction

• Experience in working with the customer directly which includes initial requirement gathering, day-to-day technical discussions, technical demos, and project delivery.

• Must be able to succeed with minimal resources and supervision.
