· Experience:Minimum of 8 years of experience inTableaudevelopment, with at least 2 years in a consulting role.

· Technical Skills:Proficiency inTableauDesktop,TableauServer, andTableauPrep. Strong SQL skills and experience with data transformation tools.

· Analytical Skills:Ability to perform complex data analysis and translate findings into actionable insights.

· Consulting Experience:Proven ability to interact with clients, ask the right questions, and understand business problems.

· Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

· Problem-Solving:Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively about data challenges.

· Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
