CareFirst FEPOC is seeking a Scrum Master to support its AuditIQ Product which helps proactively identify claim overpayments prior to FEPOC’s annual OIG (Office of Inspector General) Audits.

Essential Functions

This scrum master will support 2 areas within this product, 1.) SSR (Self Service Reporting) MicroStrategy based BI reporting product and 2.) Machine Learning to assist with the ingestion of data along with the deployment and production of machine learning scripts.

Top Five Skills Required

• 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master including 3+ years of experience in a product focused environment / supporting a product team   
• Certified Scrum Master  

Nice to have skills

• SAFe Certification  
• AI and machine learning experience 
• BI experience, preferably in MicroStrategy. 
• Familiarity with AWS ecosystem tools, specifically for machine learning using SageMaker and other AWS cloud services.
