JOB DETAIL

·         Act as a primary technical resource for PeopleSoft incidents and service requests, collaborate with stakeholders to meticulously gather and analyze requirements for Peoplesoft application modifications.

·         Design and develop customizations, integrations, and enhancements within the Peoplesoft environment.

·         Assist in system upgrades, patches, and migrations as necessary.

·         Familiarize yourself with various software products used across the City to identify potential interfaces to meet client needs.

Write clean, efficient code that adheres to company standards and best practices.

Conduct thorough unit testing and troubleshooting to ensure applications meet functional and performance requirements.

Typical Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or directly related field and two years of experience related to assignment.

OR

Equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential duties of the job.

Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft experience

Experience with other ERP systems or enterprise-level application development.

Certification in Peoplesoft application development or related technologies.

ITIL certification
