- Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in an Azure or .NET environment.
- Strong understanding of Azure services, including Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, and Azure App Service.
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and write for diverse audiences.
- Excellent grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive documentation for Azure-based applications and .NET frameworks, including user guides.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into simple, actionable content.
- Create diagrams, charts, and other visual aids to complement written documentation.
- Maintain and update existing documentation to reflect changes in Azure services and .NET implementations.
- Write detailed tutorials, FAQs, and knowledge base articles to enhance user experience.
- Ensure all documentation complies with organizational standards, branding, and accessibility guidelines.
- Work with SMEs to gather information about new features and integrations within Azure and .NET technologies.
- Edit, proofread, and review technical content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
