- Understand industry needs and present technical solutions that provide value to our business partners
- Analyze business strategy and user needs, document specifications, and translate business objectives into proper system requirement specifications
- Focus on continuous improvement for both the business process and the underlying technologies and system support.
- Support, test, and enhance moderately complex information systems and develop adequate error management functionality within assigned applications
- Maintain and improve current JDE Environment
- Develop interface strategies to integrate JDE with local legislation requirements
- Provide overall application support and ownership for the applications in the business portfolio
- Business Intelligence & Process Automatization
- Implement Business Intelligence projects in EMEA
- Support test cycle and facilitate user acceptance
- Improve Mark to Market capabilities
- Coordinate with IT and Commercial teams to automate processes e.g. invoicing, etc.
- Evaluate current situation and needs for a system change
- Take a lead on system change
