We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Project Manager.
Facilitating Scrum ceremonies for distributed teams.
Lead the Sprint Vision, Sprint planning, Reviews and Sprint retrospectives. Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolutions. Allocating work, creating tasks using project management tool Jira and ensuring that all tasks are closed in a timely manner. Protect the team from Over committed of user stories and Scope Creep.
Ability to engage and motivate teams towards a common goal. Interacting with team members to ensure smooth progress of project work and ensuring adherence to quality norms throughout the implementation process
Knowledge of SQL, Python, or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Oversee the implementation of data governance practices and policies.
Communicate technical information and plans to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in building and maintaining relationships with key external partners and vendors.
Should be able to provide input in strategic technical decisions and solutions.
Should be able to provide input in strategic technical decisions and solutions, when needed and ensure technical challenges are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
