• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture.
• Experience with AIOps, ITSM, and Event Management Pipeline within ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in integrating Big Panda with ServiceNow.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant languages.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus
