•    Serve as the primary point of contact between the onshore and offshore development teams, facilitating clear and effective communication.
•    Participate in Business Analysis activities, including gathering and documenting business requirements, and translating them into technical specifications for the offshore team.
•    Coordinate and manage daily interactions between onshore and offshore teams, ensuring alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
•    Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and work with both teams to resolve them promptly.
•    Ensure that offshore team members have a clear understanding of project requirements and expectations.
•    Conduct regular meetings with the offshore team to review progress, provide feedback, and address any concerns.
•    Collaborate with the onshore Delivery Lead to ensure that project milestones are met and that the quality of deliverables meets the required standards.
•    Develop and maintain documentation for project processes, requirements, and communication protocols.
