Java Development:

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Java Developer.
• Proficiency in Core Java for backend development.

Microservices and Spring Boot:

• Extensive hands-on experience (5+ years) in developing Microservices using Spring Boot.

Domain Experience:

• Previous work experience in the finance or banking domain is highly preferred.

Communication and Leadership:

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in onsite and offshore models.
• Strong leadership skills to guide and mentor team members.
