JOB DETAIL

•             Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and management, to gather and document detailed business and functional requirements.

•             Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand business needs and processes.

•             Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement or automation.

•             Develop process models, flowcharts, and diagrams to represent business processes visually.

•             Translate business requirements into technical specifications for IT teams.

•             Create detailed documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs),Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), and Use Cases.

•             Work with architects and developers to design IT solutions that meet business needs.

•             Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.

•             Present findings, solutions, and project updates to stakeholders.

•             Support project management activities, including defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

•             Assist in resource planning and risk management for IT projects.

•             Develop test plans and test cases to ensure that the IT solution meets business requirements.

•             Coordinate and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users.

•             Identify and document defects, and work with developers to resolve issues.

•             Assist in the implementation of IT solutions by coordinating training sessions, creating user manuals, and providing support to end-users.

•             Manage change requests and ensure that changes are properly documented and communicated.

•             Analyze data to identify trends, generate insights, and support decision-making.

•             Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present data in a meaningful way.

•             Continuously evaluate business processes and IT systems to identify opportunities for improvement.

•             Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.

•             Ensure that IT solutions comply with relevant regulations, standards, and policies.

•             Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with IT projects.
