• Own, manage, and report on all 911 project implementations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
• Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the Customer (PSAP), establishing a positive working relationship and managing expectations effectively.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate successful project implementation.
• Lead project activities including identification, prioritization, status reporting, and task delegation and management.
• Establish and lead status calls for stakeholders, maintaining clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain essential project documentation, including Project Plans, and Status Documents
• Execute risk management strategies to minimize project delays and ensure readiness for any escalations.
• Manage the migration process from current platforms to AT&T ESInet, coordinating with the necessary technical teams.
• Stay informed on NENA industry standards and best practices, incorporating this knowledge into project planning and execution.
• Manage 911 focused projects involving call handling, mapping, network deployments, and upgrades.
• Determine resource requirements and manage the project schedule and team roles/responsibilities.
• Create and maintain project status reports, risks, and issues log.
• Lead diverse project teams and coordinate with third-party contractors/vendors as necessary.
