(CIS-ITSM) ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM) or ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
Strong proficiency in JavaScript
Familiarity with UI, SQL, HTML, and CSS
Knowledge of XML and structured programming principles
Understanding of ITIL processes
Experience in creating reports within ServiceNow
Experience with inbound and outbound data exchange between ServiceNow and other systems via REST and SOAP APIs.
