JOB DETAIL
Application Support: Provide day-to-day support for production applications, including troubleshooting, incident response, and issue resolution.
Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain our cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS, PCF, and Kubernetes (K8s).
Containerization: Experience with managing and deploying containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
Database Management: Expertise in managing and supporting applications built on Kafka and PostgreSQL databases.
Monitoring & Alerting: Implement and maintain robust monitoring systems using tools like Splunk to proactively identify and address potential issues.
Automation: Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline operational tasks and improve efficiency.
Performance Optimization: Analyze application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve system performance and scalability.
Incident Management: Participate in incident response activities, including rapid diagnosis, containment, and resolution of critical issues.
Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with development teams, infrastructure teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth application delivery and operations.
