6+ years as Business Analyst working on projects or product teams; leveraging different methodologies
Experience with Tax, Banking, Lending, Financial applications a MUST
Experience with end-to-end implementation projects including design, configuration, testing, training, cutover & reporting
Proven ability to provide business analysis and/or system development/configuration deliverables related to process improvement
Experience with Software and Systems development life cycle
Ability to produce Business Requirements/User Stories and working knowledge of working with QA Resources in coming up with the test cases
Ability to produce SOP documents and be a change agent in getting those produced SOPs adopted by Business and IT Users
Be willing to participate in On-call rotation and perform validation of applications
Leading the triage of Issue resolution and communicate effectively with both Business and IT teams
Maintaining a calming demeanor in fast moving situations
Certifications like CBAP etc. preferred.
Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders and vendors to analyze business needs and work with teams on solutions
The team will be working to replace the mainframe and implement VERTEX (with Vertex Consulting handling the implementation). The BAs are focused on integrating banking and tax applications, which are used during car purchases.
One BA will be working on Vertex, which is a major plus but not a strict requirement. However, solid experience with enterprise tax applications is essential for this role.
The other BA will be working with their Banking/Lending applications to integrate with Vertex. This role can be filled with candidates who have strong experience in banking, lending, or financial applications.
