• 2-5 years experience in a role of Product Analyst or Business Analyst

• Experience as an analyst or digital librarian for an enterprise digital content solution

• Experience with taxonomy & metadata schemas in a DAM – preferably AEM Assets

• Superb listening skills and genuine curiosity, with a love of solving important problems

• Strong analytical skills, and adept at suggesting integrated solutions (put pieces together)

• Comfortable communicating with internal customers at various levels in the org

• Enjoy the world of content and troubleshooting asset publishing, metadata mishaps

• Desired: a mix of coursework (e.g. AEM Assets Authoring 2 day course) or Adobe product certifications that demonstrate familiarity with AEM Assets and it’s myriad of features, as well as complimentary products such as Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
