•    Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
•    Should have 7 to 12 years of experience working in Fixed Income products or domain.
•    Thorough understanding of Security Lending business front to back
•    Experience working with FIS LOANET, Broadridge's Impact applications and other vendors’ systems is a plus.
•    Excellent knowledge of back office fixed income systems specifically handling Financing trading with Govt Bonds, Corporate Bonds and Equities
•    Must have thorough knowledge on Post Trade functions of Financing Trading like Repos, Borrow Loans, Tri-Party, Pledge in/out.
•    Should have experience and knowledge with Stock Loans for Equities, Worked with Global One application is a plus
•    Good understanding of Accounting and P&L 
•    Good knowledge end to end trade processing and settlement/clearing
•    Good knowledge of Fixed Income products
•    Knowledge and Experience in Equities is a plus
•    Conversant in ITIL and SQL
