• Lead and manage complex data science projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Utilize Azure ML and Databricks to design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and data pipelines.
• Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to understand business requirements and translate them into data science solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI technologies, and apply them to improve existing processes and models.
• Communicate complex analytical concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications:
• Master's or bachelor’s in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling.
