- Minimum work experience 8+ years of software operations, More than 6  years of Demandware/Salesforce Commerce application support
- Experience working with Demandware/Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), should be a certified person in Salesforce commerce cloud
- Retail / B2C ecommerce experience in site merchandising operations, reporting, site search, campaign & promotions management and maintenance
- Strong experience in ecommerce domain (PIM, OMS, CRM, integrating branded content sites)
- Strong knowledge on web development technologies including JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript Scripting Languages, DHTML, SOAP and AJAX
- Experience in multi-system integration

- Good experience in managing a team of at least ten members.
- Should have good experience in Client interaction

- Strong customer services skills focusing on customer success
- Strong organizational and planning skills
