- Act as a servant-leader for agile teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Owners to ensure product backlogs are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for development.
- Shield teams from external distractions and obstacles that could impede progress.
- Assist in tracking and communicating team progress, velocity, and other relevant metrics to stakeholders.
- Support Product Owners in defining clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Promote agile best practices and principles across the organization.
