·  Strong knowledge of facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution

·  Understand various agile methodologies and frameworks; SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, XP

·  Effective communication skills, ability to adapt style to suit different audiences

·  Be able to teach simple agile concepts to teams

·  Ability to analyze data and draw insights on team performance.

·  Knowledge of basic technical terminology and processes/systems

·  Practice Lean Agile Leadership

·  Servant leadership, stakeholder management and negotiation skill

·  Good understanding of Software design and delivery

·  Knowledge of Visio, Jira, Confluence, and Jira Align, Miro

·  Familiarity with design and development tasks for continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.

·  Knowledge of DevOps tools, such as Github Platform, Podman/Docker, Kubernetes, Cloudbees, etc.

·  Experience with Build and Deployment automation to Cloud Platform, preferably Azure.

·  Understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) and configuration management tools like Ansible, Terraform, etc.
