·5+ years as a SCRUM Master

·Must have prior experience as a Java developer or Python developer

·5+ years related IT management experience in analysis, design, development, documentation, implementing and testing of software systems

·Experience managing agile development projects as a SCRUM Master

·Experience developing or migrating applications to Cloud Environments (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)

·Experience with complex, mission critical system design and evaluating and proposing alternative software designs

·Thorough knowledge of and experience in secure development practices

·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·Ability to set priorities and handle multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment

·Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·Professional demeanor and ability to work effectively with other staff within the organization

·Highly motivated, enthusiastic and self-starter.
