JOB DETAIL

· Lead the technical design, architecture, and delivery of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

· Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical     designs.

· Oversee the development, configuration, and customization of Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce products.

· Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices in areas such as Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations, and data modeling.

· Define and manage technical project plans, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure timely delivery.

· Drive end-to-end ownership of technical solutions, including development, integration, testing, and deployment.

· Mentor and guide Salesforce developers, administrators, and other technical team members to enhance their skills and ensure high-quality deliverables.

· Collaborate with QA teams to ensure comprehensive testing and defect resolution.

· Implement DevOps processes for CI/CD pipelines using tools like Salesforce DX, Copado, or Gearset.

· Oversee data migration efforts, ensuring data quality, integrity, and security during transitions.

· Manage risks, dependencies, and issues to maintain project health and mitigate delivery challenges.

· Engage with stakeholders to provide regular updates on technical progress, challenges, and achievements.

· Stay updated on Salesforce platform innovations and recommend adoption of new features or tools to enhance delivery.
