•    Senior Data Analyst candidate with Telecom client Experience. 
•    Monitor application logs and analyze incoming data to identify trends.
•    Collaborate with various teams (DEV/Support) to define Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
•    Possess prior experience with at least one Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tool, such as Dynatrace, NewRelic, or AppDynamics.
•    Proficient in writing SQL queries to extract relevant data for metrics.
•    Publish data trends into manual reports or dashboards using tools like Grafana, Tableau, or PowerBI (tools agnostic).
•    Investigate data inconsistencies and alert relevant teams to facilitate reconciliation efforts.
