JOB DETAIL

  1. Benefits Realization Management (Aligning with the Business Case)
    • Ensure the program delivers the promised business outcomes (e.g., operational efficiency, cost reductions, or financial gains).
    • Review the business case presented to the board and create a Benefits Breakdown Structure (BBS) to connect promised benefits to specific program streams.
    • Collaborate with stream leads to validate their contribution to these benefits and adjust scope if necessary to stay aligned with the overall objectives.
    • Track benefits realization progress as part of regular program reporting.
  2. Dependency Management Across Streams
    • Ensure effective coordination between streams by identifying and resolving interdependencies and conflicts.
    • Map program-level dependencies across streams, focusing on clients integration points and timing requirements with other software vendors.
    • Create a Dependency Management Framework (e.g., RACI matrix, dependency tracking dashboard).
    • Act as a mediator to resolve scheduling conflicts and prevent bottlenecks at critical integration points.
  3. Program-Level Reporting and Dashboards
    • Provide executive team with a consolidated view of program status, risks, and milestones.
    • Design and maintain Executive Dashboards that summarize:
      • Milestone progress by stream.
      • Key risks and mitigation plans.
      • Benefits realization tracking.
      • Program financial health and resource utilization.
    • Aggregate project-level data from individual stream project managers to roll up into program-level reporting.
    • Highlight program-level risks and issues for quick resolution by executive team.
  4. Scheduling and Constraints Management
    • Ensure alignment of stream schedules with the overall program timeline.
    • Work closely with individual stream project managers to ensure their timelines consider program-level dependencies and resource constraints.
    • Create a Program-Level Master Schedule, ensuring all streams are synchronized with critical milestones.
    • Proactively monitor schedule risks and propose solutions to keep the program on track.
