Working on 3 fronts - NetSuite has been main ERP for 7 years now (2018 originally)
Implemented but made to look like GP
Implementation not plain solution - constraints making changes at different levels - 1 year into ReArchitecture - including refactoring ERP solution - going into sweet commerce to big commerce
Product catalog being managed separately from NetSuite for one stop for product change (big commerce / CRM system )
Highly customized and easily have another 10-11 months to go
Migrating all products into new architecture (also tackling rev recognition to fully automate)
Have to continue to operate in production capacity to support legacy architecture while deploying pro
3 major - legacy / new architecture/ rev recognition
Focus on NetSuite and refactoring - need senior devs in OTC/RevRec and ARM - fair amount of scripting due to
Just now finishing refactoring arrangement
Need Devs in NetSuite who are experienced and hands on scripting treating things in modular way ERP / Revenue services, etc. in a mixed way
Right now: 4 NetSuite Devs in BAU (legacy support function) 2 on migration new architecture and 2 architects working
Seeking: 3 Senior NetSuite Devs - 1 must be rev rec highly experienced person - rev rec is not necessarily the same as OTC devs- the 2 others should be more generalists or standard OTC/ scripting / legacy in 1..x but moving 2.x 2.1 but goal is to produce scripting to minimum :
Ecommerce experience is helpful / majento shopify ,etc. / soft skills - team player / collaborate / document work well / can just be coder / not arrogant but confident able to challenge approaches that are not best practices , etc.
Flagship product is CFA exam
