Develop business and technical requirements, provide Management Reporting and Information dissemination
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for the development and enhancement of rental assistance programs, City portal and landlord portals.
Conduct interviews, workshops, and meetings with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications for City portal and Landlord portal.
Develop comprehensive functional specifications and business process documentation in Azure to guide development teams in building new functionalities for City portal and Landlord portal.
Ensure that all requirements are clearly defined, traceable, and testable.
Coordinate User Acceptance testing and validation to ensure new City portal and Landlord portal are working perfectly.
Perform impact assessments documenting to ensure that the enhancements lead to seamless communication between systems by liaising with business stakeholders, and technical teams (Development and QA), as necessary in fulfilling the department goals and objectives
Create the System Design that the Developers will use to create the system enhancements.
