Support and enable business change

Elicit requirements from business owners for projects and perform the necessary analysis and documentation to ensure the changes are made

Work with Business and IT teams to Client and identify APIs, document requirements for APIs and API consumers, develop test cases for automated test suites, and develop documentation

Gather, develop, coordinate, and maintain business requirements for various projects and/or systems from initial phase to final implementation, assure requirements meet standards; troubleshoot, coordinate, and maintain production systems/programs/applications; assist in maintenance and communication of project status reports and tracking

Provide efficient project processes and deliverables to shorten the project life cycle, where applicable

Work with application support and development team to fix software bugs and escalated issues

Lead resolution to issues with interfacing systems built on different technologies

Facilitate and participate in regular project status reviews

Convert high-level User Requirements into executable, detailed User Stories to enable development

Create and maintain the product backlog

Conduct planning sessions with the teams to prioritize work in upcoming sprints

Embrace diverse people, thinking and styles

Consistently makes safety and security, of self and others, the priority

Engage directly and daily with delivery teams to execute the project

Ensure product acceptance and readiness at key phases of the delivery cycle

Develop communication materials and lead communication efforts around the product, priorities and future roadmaps

Attend and lead design sessions with the product team
