- Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of experience in project management or a related role.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana, Jira).
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
